A sobriety milestone is any point in recovery that helps make progress visible. Common milestones include 24 hours, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, six months, one year, and yearly anniversaries after that. But there is no universal rule saying only round numbers count. A personal record, 100 days, 200 days, 11 months, starting again, a first sober holiday, or another meaningful turning point can matter too.
People mark sobriety milestones because recovery work is often invisible. A date or day count can create a moment to notice what has changed, reflect on what still feels hard, thank the people who helped, and decide what support or next step matters now. A milestone does not have to be public, and it does not mean recovery is finished.
Use this page as the CWM milestone hub. Choose the stage that matches where you are now, then move into reflection, celebration, messages, stories, or gifts only if they fit what you need.

If your result is 16 days, 64 days, 365 days, a sobriety date, or another personal number, you can personalize an existing design instead of waiting for a round milestone.

A milestone can matter even when it is not a standard calendar anniversary.
Two upcoming CWM milestone guides cover 11 months and 200 days. They will be added here after they are live so this published hub never sends readers to an unpublished page.
