I purchased this as an anniversary gift for my husband. I had to ask the seller multiple times for a tracking number, and when it was finally provided, I later discovered the item hadn’t actually shipped yet—only a label had been created. The seller stated it had shipped much earlier, which was not accurate. Because of the delay, not only did I not get it on or before his Anniverssary but I still won’t see it for another 8 days bc I’m not even in town when it finally arrived, so I can’t speak to the quality of the item. I placed the order on January 11, and it didn’t arrive until January 31 . I specifically chose this seller because they are U.S.-based and expected delivery within about a week, but it ended up taking nearly three weeks and bc I’m now out of town more then a month. Very disappointing experience overall.

This is the second time I’ve used this storefront and it’s the second time I’ve had an issue. Their products are fine I’m sure. But they list themselves as a US based entity, and they ship from overseas. As a result, the item takes much, much longer than anticipated to arrive, if it ever actually does. I’ve been refunded twice for my purchases, but I would strongly advise people not to use the store until they get their shipping act together. I purposely try never to purchase anything from the store shipping from overseas simply because of the timelines to get through customs. However, because this store list itself as “US based“ it comes up on the search, even if I exclude international shippers. It’s definitely a gray area. Bye from them at your own risk.
